Applebee's, Raleigh, North Carolina Restaurant Details

Worst service ever. Waitress forgot serve salad and desert. Need to remind several times about.Instead stake they serve pork. Wait time is long

Waited at the carside service for 20 mins before going in because I was not informed that they no longer come to the car. Very upset because my food was cold by the time I ate it due to having to wait. No apologies, no concern for my wait, NOTHING!

Stopped for a soup and ended with more than that. The fact that they open late and have several options for soup, will always be tempting for me. Sandy our waiter, was great. She paid attention to our drinks, our different likes in food and even took the time to write a small note on the bill with GRACIAS included. It may sound silly, but it only take a little effort to make a good impression.

Waitress was never to be found. Took 15 mins to get drinks. Than I got my cowboy burger and the onions were burnt to a crisp.. Than we wanted dessert and waited 10 mins to order. We were basically forgotten about. Carrie was outstanding (not original server) but she picked up someone else's slack!

Applebee's did an outstanding job serving a large number of guests when our Social Media networking event decided to use them as our meeting location. We got seated quickly, waited on promptly, the food was good, and the servers were outstanding. Several managers came by to check on our satisfaction. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. This was the best experience I've had at this Applebee's location. The new commitment to excellence and stellar customer service were very welcome!
