Pretty good for the well known restaurant chain. Good happy hour. They serve veteran's free on Veteran's Day...a very nice gesture. Good solid dependable food at a mid range price.

Service was okay, but steak was like the sole of my shoe. Not a good value. Won't be back.

Walked in at 2pm and the place was half empty. We waited for 5 minutes, no sign to wait to be seated so we sat down at the nearest clean table. After the waitress gave us the usual attention for menus and drinks the hostess comes over and asks us to move. The hostess wanted us to move to a smaller table because she said there was a large party coming in. We had a person who has difficulty getting up and walking due to Polio. We were trying to explain to the hostess the difficulty when she walked off saying something nasty under her breath. We didn't hear what she said but the table next to ours did and said it was really bad. When I confronted her she said whatever and ignored me. So we decided to move tables instead of leaving. By this time the manager (Amir) came over to discuss the situation and said he would talk to her. But what got me was the smirk on Amir's face when he said he couldn't believe she said that and that she wouldn't be fired. The other table said they would never come back again if she wasn't fired and I said the same. But the manager insisted she wouldn't be fired. We ordered and ate with the large party never coming in. We found out the large party wasn't due in for another 2 hours. Any business that disrespects the handicap should be boycotted. If the people would understand we have the power to make or break a business then we would get businesses that care about customer service. I hope that all customers understand it is their money that holds the power not the business. There are other places with better customer service, food and lower prices. If people left comments like this we could have avoided a terrible afternoon out for lunch.

This place has great happy hours, and the food and drinks are always good. This is a place my wife and I actually enjoy going to.
