Applebee's, Rochester, New York, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Food at this place is nasty, nothing like other Applebee's.

Decided to go to applebees for lunch was seated right away mind u it was not busy but had to wait 10-15 minutes to be asked for our drink order the people that were sat after us were asked and their drinks were already on their table by the time our server came to us. This is why I stay away from the east ridge location every time we decided to give it a chance we get let down once again.

Food:

Order 2 for $20 frequently. Inconsistant quality is my biggest complaint. One week 8 pieces of chicken on my pasta, next week, 4 pieces ; one week, the pasta is cheese-sauced properly, the next week, Dry as a bone.

Unfortunately sat next to a couple of waitresses who would not stop complaining about customers and managers alike. Completely unprofessional. Won't post names but I sincerely hope that they aren't training next week like the one waitress hoped.
