interesting. Regrettable our waiter was great despite everthing else. the staff was so short handed they had 2 bus and clean their own dishes. it took about 15 mins for drinks, 40 mins for snacks, 1hr 10mins for meal. odds are high we wont eat here again.

This place was alright... Me and my girlfriend went to this one and enjoyed it. Our Waitress was to busy flirting with all the guys at the table next to us and barely paid us any attention. We sat down before all four of them to and they got there food first. Practically had to yell at her to get her attention and the shake portion thats ordered is way to small. ah well... Food was good. Service was pretty bad.

Went 3 times this week. First time was the best, service and foodwise (shrimp parmesan sirloin). Second time service was good food was blah (chicken with pasta, pasta had no taste whatsoever). 3rd time, Sunday, was the worst, soup was almost cold, no refill on the lemonade, the 7 oz Sirloin was passable, but the service plainly, sucked....

Food:

I went here today around 3pm with my wife and two kids. Their was not a lot of people their and plenty of workers. I sat down and ordered drinks. I ordered a strawberry lemonade (waiter suggested it), kids chocolate milk, water and a soda. Over 30 minutes later my drinks did not arrive. The waiters never checked up on us. I noticed the entire time out waiter was at the bar counting money and doing inventories with another waiter. She has direct sign of the me and my family. My wife wanted to leave because the complete lack of customer service. I mean everyone else that sat down several minutes after us got all their drinks and food. I told my wife to wait a minute because I saw another waiter behind the bar start making a strawberry lemonade. I figured someone was finally making our drinks. Instead of giving me the strawberry lemonade she walked it over to a table that just sat down. We got up and left. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE HUNRGY!!! Our menus were closed and we starred at the waiter while she ignored us. Not even a co waiter decided to step in. DON'T GO HERE!!!

I was a little worried coming here because of the bad reviews but I had received a gift card for this place. So I decided to try it for my self. I got to say that in my experience was great! I went with my friend we got an appetizer and two plates for just 20 dollars. I ordered a ribs basket and it was amazing. My friend ordered chicken tenders basket and they let her change her sauce. We also received boneless chicken wings as an appetizer they were crunch and delicious you can choose sweet, mild, or hot. And they also had free refills. The waiter was so sweet I wanted to leave him a bigger tip! He was there to fill our cups or bring us more napkins always attentive of our needs. :) I would definitely go back.
