Applebee's, Tampa, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

Slowest service ever!!! Waiting way too long just for appetizers, and even longer for the food on a slow Monday night. Couldn't get the attention of the waitress Emily for the check without her getting an attitude. Waited about 30 mins after we were done eating just to pay and the dessert took forever AFTER we paid already. Asked for it to-go and they brought it in a glass plate. We were forced to stay even longer to finish the dessert.. I will never return to this Applebee's.

Myself and a group of approx 10 friends visited this Applebees nearly every Tuesday and Thursday evenings after our group events for nearly a year. The food was tasty but the service was very poor. It always took nearly an hour to get appetizers. The managers always had an un-friendly attitude. The hostess was never helpfull in seating our group. After a year of this we decided to go somewhere else.

I'm actually here now, this is how bad service is. Steaks were wrong. Drinks were made bad. The wings were suppose to be classic. They came out bbq. Never coming back

Came here on a Thursday for lunch. Service was great. Food came out pretty quickly. No complaints. Will definitely be back.

Been around a lot of managers in the hospitality business and quite honestly the puggie so called manager here has to be one of the rudest people I've met in a long time...I watched as he argued with other patrons...then when we had a problem I feared he would be the one to walk over and sure as sh** he did...so rude basically sayin why we were wrong saying something we ordered was wrong...um buddy haven't you ever heard the slogan " customer is always right"...guess not...would have so slapped him for being so disrespectfull but he isnt worth the energy
