Applebee's, Wichita, Kansas Restaurant Details

Food:

Waitress sucked. I got an iced tea. She brought out straws for the kids I asked if I could have one for my drink. She went and got something for someone came back and still didn't have a straw. I ask again for said straw. She walked around and went to the next table still not straw. I got up walked to the bar and asked for a straw passing the "manager" and sat back down with the straw I should have received with my drink. Ordered our food the 2/$20.00 deal comes with a appetizer so we got two salads. Waited a long.... LONG time. Waitress walks by several times no salad. Waitress brings our food. Still no salad. I asked if things have changed and our salads come out after our meal. She said oh you didn't get our salads. No... you have walked by 20 times not even checking on us. This applebee's is the worst applebee's ever. Everytime we go we get terrible service. We don't go there very often and had decided to give them another chance. Well I will never go back to that applebees. The waitress didn't take anything off of our total for forgetting to get the salads. Please stay away from this place. Go to the applebee's on ridge road. They are nice friendly and kind. They treat you right and apologize if the make a mistake. Applebee's on 21st and maize sucks....

The waiter we had was so horible we asked to speak to the manager where she proceed to tell us he was having a bad day. What?!?! Sorry to inconvenience him. Food was average.

Happy hour specials are excellent. Love the pretzel sticks

I actually like this Applebee's.I've never had truly horrible service. There are some things the servers could work on....like not standing around and talking while their guests are searching for them in need of an item. But, like many restaurants, that's just how it it.

0 stars! My server was awful. She never checked on us. I sat there with my glass empty for a good 30 minutes. When it was time to pay she stole our change. Absolutely ridiculous.
