Good food, super fast service and I like a new way to pay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They would get 5 stars but they keep changing the menu and taking off what I like to eat.

It does not deserve one star. Primarily because of the horrible attitude of Denise the general manager of this location. We consistently find lipstick on glasses. This time we found pulp inside of the wine. She claimed over and over while squinting through her glasses that she couldn't see it. Then she said that it was red so it couldn't be lemon or orange pulp. We tried to patiently explain that the wine had colored it red but that it was in fact pulp which wine does not have. Frustrated, I said that it didn't matter if we said there was a unicorn in there (as customers are right).. and she responded "okay there is a unicorn in there" with a snarky attitude. There was NO reason to have such a bad attitude when we simply wanted a clean glass. We were not asking for a free meal .. just a clean glass! The problem was made so much worse by someone telling us we weren't seeing what we were. I will NEVER return to this restaurant as long as she is employed there. The total we spent that night was over $100. To be treated in such a way after simply wanting a clean glass is UNACCEPTABLE! Applebees will lose a well paying customer-- not because it chooses to leave glasses so long that pulp dries on it before putting it in the dishwasher, but because a GM is allowed to treat customers so disrespectfully.

The service was great, but the steak wasn't very good. Quality has started to decline at this Applebees.

Applebees is usually okay, not the best or the worst, but the last few times I've gotten it to go, it's been horrible. Last Night I ordered the cross cut ribs. After a couple bites, I threw the entire meal away. The ribs were mushy and dry. The picture showed them sauced, mine were not. They tasted almost freezer burned. Just gross and disgusting all the way around.
