07/01/2015 5:13 pmThe absolute worst customer service experience possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I took my Bissel carpet cleaner to them for repair over a month ago and nothing promised was done. Digging into the situation I discovered the order to secure the needed parts was not even placed for over two weeks after my machine was dropped off for repair. Further to this I was continually told that it was Bissel's fault that the parts hadn't been shipped. Appliance Repair continually promised to follow-up with me on the Bissel part order status….all to no avail. Their response…sorry we can't do anything about it. When I asked to speak with the owner I was told that was not possible. When I asked for the owner to call me back….they did not. |

08/06/2014 4:37 pmBroken and unfulfilled promises. A month without the unit and not a call back. Working with the vendor of the unit to take disciplinary actions or lose "authorized" title. I caution everyone: do not go here for your repairs. |

06/02/2011 10:21 pmunder warranty over 3 weeks ago. When dropping it off, they said it would take at least a week. It's been over 3 and not even a phone call. The lady at the counter was nice to me but other than that, I have no microwave.- update: turns out it was all panasonic's fault...will never buy panasonic again...but I do wish that the repair place called me with updates which they did not. |

12/08/2009 1:53 amTook a beard trimmer for a warranty repair. They told me to come back in 10 days. I come back - they haven't started (repairman was ill). Ok, I thought. I left for vacation for several weeks and told them to have it ready by my return. I come back only to find out that they thought I didn't want to repair it in the first place and simply left it for storage. Not only is their customer service non-existent, but they are brain-dead as well. Do avoid them! |

04/15/2009 7:57 pmI sent my stroller to this shop for repairs and they lost my repair ticket with my contact information on it. Even after I had called them and gave them my contact information, they got rid of my stroller considering it "abandoned" without ever contacting me. Small claims court would be a waste of time and money so it's not worth it, but a pretty unfortunate experience for me. |
