Bosch referred us to Appliance World to fix our refridgerator. The refridgerator worked perfectly except for the ice dispenser was not working. When Roger, the technician and owner, came to our home he immediately turned off the power button and began working on the refridgerator. My wife was near the kitchen and I went downstairs to do some work. About 30 minutes later my wife asked me to come up and she was visibly upset.

Roger informed us that while he was "fixing" the ice dispenser, the entire refridgerator broke and that we wouldn't be able to use it for about 2 weeks because he had to order a special part from Hawaii. We explained to him that we had over a $100 of food in the refridgerator and 2 small kids and couldn't go 2 weeks w/o a fridge. Was there a loaner fridge he had? "No". Could you get the part faster? "I don't think so". How did the entire fridge break while repairing the ice dispensor? "I was on the phone with tech support and did everything they told me to, I didn't break your fridge"

We both believed he broke our fridge and asked him to leave our house and were upset at his lack of accountability. He could care less about our predicament.

After he left, my wife and I began moving food from our fridge to our chest freezer. During this process, I remembered Roger hitting the power button of the fridge to turn it off. I pressed the power button and he entire fridge immediately turned on and worked perfectly.

In a nutshell, Roger told us our fridge was broke because he forgot to turn the power button on.

Worse still, in communicating with Bosch they asked for Roger's service notes. I repeatedly called Roger and asked him to send his service notes to us. He refuses to send us the notes because he didn't like the way we treated him.

Unprofessional, incompetent, horrible. Avoid at all costs.

Seems as though previous reviews mirror my own experience with this po-dunk establishment. He came out and proceeded to tell me the opposite of what the Frigidaire people told me over the phone then argued and began raising his voice. I was astounded a service person would come into my home and treat me like that. I'll gladly look elsewhere for help. He's an ass.

Horrible customer service. They were referred by my home warranty plan to fix my oven. The first appointment he showed up and said I needed a new fan but in order to access the oven it's my responsibility to remove the footplate. The next day I checked it out and it just pulled right out. I called to tell them I did that and heard back from them several days later that he needs to come out again to get the serial and model number of my oven. Luckily the previous owner left that information for me. Another week passed and they called to schedule my appointment. The day of my appointment I get a phone call telling me the part just arrived and that they can't come until tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and after an 11-3 window I called to see where this guy was and was told he was running an hour behind (thanks for letting me know). He shows up at 4:00 and tells me my oven is immovable. He leaves at 4:10. I get a phone call from my home warranty telling me that it's my responsibility to provide access (i'm not happy). I go into my kitchen and miraculously pull out the supposedly "immovable" oven. I call Appliance World back and of course they're office is closed (they're hours are 9-4). I call the next morning right at nine and tell them I need someone to come out TODAY and they say they don't do same day appointments. I ask for a supervisor and am told the technician that came out is the manager. I ask if there's any other technicians and am told no. Completely incompetent company with no customer service skills.

They did a good job and saved me money! another appliance company and a maintenance mechanic stated that the dryer was bad and they said i needed a new one. This company repaired it and it was not expensive. i will keep using them!

At times they actually impressed me with how poor of service they offered. I have had a broken oven for 2 months now and still no fix in sight. They have missed numerous 4 hour windows of scheduled time, you might as well take the day off and hope they dont need to order a part. They think good service is calling 15 min before their scheduled 4 hour time is over to tell you they will be there soon and it will they will be there a half hour. A total of 4 1/2 hours? C'mon.
