"Well-seasoned" French–New American fare (including "to-die-for" duck confit mac 'n' cheese) at "reasonable prices" render this Lincoln Park "bistro in the heart of sports bar row" a "good neighborhood option"; "friendly" service and a "warm, intimate setting" also add appeal, so even if it's "not spectacular" it's still a "charming" choice.

The food at Aquitaine is incredible! The space is beautiful and cozy, perfect for date night. The staff is attentive and friendly, and our evening could not have been more perfect. We can't wait to tell all of our friends about our new favorite dinner spot! We will be back soon!

The staff is lovely and the food is even better! It's very clear that everyone at Aquitaine works very hard to ensure a lovely experience for everyone in the dining room.

Worst dining experience ever! I called them twenty times trying to make a reservation but they never answered their phone call. I walked in to use my Friday-Saturday groupon voucher on a Saturday but was told it can't be used at first. Then I was asked to wait like forever. I can't believe it took them soooo long to set up tables. After finally seated, the service was very slow. The food was just so so. If they don't care about Groupon customers, don't sell it. Would never go back.

Even though I made the reservation over a month ago, I was seated unfavorably between the bathroom and coat rack... It took over half an hour to get our drinks ordered, and the staff was overall unfriendly and impatient. Tables were left uncleaned for over half an hour at a time, as the staff members chatted at the bar. The food was either under- or over-cooked, and the ambiance was unpleasant. I would not return.
