Arby's, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sandwiches Restaurant Details

Food:

Arby's is quite expensive for the food quality ($10+ for a meal) and the service is sub-par, but it is the only fast food joint in town to feature fresh hot roast beef. If that is what you are craving go ahead, but if you have time there are plenty of other places nearby where you can get a better sandwich with less regret. They are still running on a computer system from the late 80's, so be aware that they are not nearly as quick with transactions as other places. Also be aware that hygeine has been a recurring problem at this location, but they seem to have improved a bit since I worked here.
The curly fries are the best part of the experience by far, just be sure to eat them before they cool.

It's usually pretty good, if you specify you would like "fresh curly fries"! Almost always fresh roast beef.

This place is terrible. I ordered 80 sandwiches for a party and the meat was pink in some of the sandwiches which means it had parasites since its roast beef. They didn't even toast the sandwiches. the managers were retarded and mean to employees. They also had customers waiting over 20 minutes to even place a order. I mean do they just recruit retards for managers? I told them several times to do the small orders first and work on mine after but the manager even insisted I was in a hurry. The mans name was Wayne or something and his district manager even came to the store and basically called him a retarded and then followed suit. Overall these store employees need to be revised by higher ups. This is awful service.
