Arby's, Albuquerque, New Mexico Restaurant Details

Food:

6 minutes in the drive thru and no one came on the speaker to take my order. Horribly slow and inefficient. Ended up just driving through the line without placing an order.

Food:

No one came to the drive thru to help us. After going inside the staff was missing and very unprofessional. The food took long to come out and the only employee that seemed to care was the front counter person. Horrible do not recommend. Dirty store, horrible employees, needs work.

Food:

Lacking staff and don't even bother bringing your gift cards here. Staff needs to be retrained on using the machine for gift cards. Before this I went to two Arby's.

Food:

Absolutely horrible! Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Careless and untrained person behind the register.
Flies buzzing around near Windows, around customers, and clearly bothering others besides myself
After receiving my food and attempting to eat I was continually bothered by flies and Gave up on finishing it. Management was unhelpful and seemed to not care.
Needles to say I won't go back.

I completely agree with Alan. The last time I went, the guy at the window screwed up my order, over-charged me, then blamed me for ordering something I didn't want after I had to correct him about it twice! I sat at the window for at least 15 minutes waiting on him to figure out how to give me a refund. It's ok that they employ people who don't speak English, but it is really necessary for them to hire all of them?
