04/26/2016 3:02 amWorst, restaurant I've ever been to.. That's saying something. I spent about $50 for a handful of different sandwiches, (15 jr melts, angus meal, fries, and some drinks) We pull around front after we pay. They bring us out our food. We check the bags and noticed all the sandwiches and some fries.. So we think hmm, all must be there.. NOPE. 13 jr melts, no meal, and 1 and 1/2 fry... How do you fill up a large fry box half way and think that's acceptable? Let alone forget half my order.. This is horrible management. Zero stars.. Only has one star so itll count toward the already horrible rating. |

03/16/2015 2:58 pmManger kept unfulfilled promises. I have been their around 7 months close to 8 and still no raise yet a new employee got a raise within 3 MONTHS. Basically she looked passed me with ease i felt i was back in high school all over again . I was a cashier but basically i was the one doing everything that was not in the job description. I got tired of this horrible job so i quit , its been a month and still haven't received my LAST CHECK she is playing games i have children to raise and this is the worst experience working at this location on cooper street DO NOT WORK THEIR I REPEAT DO NOT WORK THEIR YOUR ENTERING THE GATES OF HELL! |

07/14/2014 4:41 pmFood is decent but here's my problem: I go in and order and I'm 3 cents short, literally 3 pennies. The teenager at the counter won't give it to me so I have to go out in the truck to look for change. Don't have it so I come back in and tell him. Instead of just giving me the 3 pennies he tells me to cut my order. He gave up another $2.50 in revenue for 3 cents. No wonder he works at a fast food joint. ZERO professionalism, ZERO customer service and ZERO business sense. He had a golden opportunity to win over a customer for a measly 3 pennies and didn't take it. Someone missed the boat training this guy. As a businessman I know that customer satisfaction is worthless and that customer loyalty is priceless. I ended up unsatisfied and I will NEVER visit that particular Arby's again. |
