Arby's, Bangor, Maine Restaurant Details

Food:

I've been eating at this Arby's restaurant for about 28 years. The menu changed from my favorites, especially the Roast Beef Sub apparently chasing corporate goals for more expensive sandwiches. That's a plague I've reported to them repeatedly. On the up side they always went ahead and made my sandwich, I just had to describe it differently. Then they came out with the French Dip and Swiss. I have them put lettuce and tomato on it 'cause otherwise it's just meat, bread, cheese and beef bullion. The horseradish (horsey) sauce is an excellent dip and soft drink offerings are well varied including unsweetened iced tea. You get these yourself. Just ask for the cup when you're done ordering.

Food:

Gross food! They have the weirdest looking stuff on their menu. I haven't eaten there in years after I ordered a fish sandwich and it had a ton of bones and/or cartilage all through it. A friend of mine nearly chocked on this stingy fatty shaved beef thing she ordered. I can't believe that Aryb's is still around, hardly anybody I knew even eats there. Yet you see Arby's right along side real fast food places like McD's, Wendy's, and BrugerKing. Weird and disgusting food.
