11/11/2015 4:11 amConstantly messing up everyone's order. The couple times I've been in there they have repeatedly messed up several customers orders, not just mine. At one point the steak on my sandwich was very obviously undercooked. Another point they got my order wrong in which I went to have them correct it and in return my sandwich is smothered in so much black pepper that I'm sure it was deliberate. The workers use profane language as well as racial slurs like "n***a" in front of customers. Personally, I don't get offended at profanity per say, but when you've got kids and/or elderly people that may be in there I find that HIGHLY disrespectful as well as despicable. Also the floor near the soda machines is usually a tripping hazard that nobody bothers to clean up. |

04/06/2012 2:59 pmI am writing this as a concerned customer. I recently ate lunch at this location, the next morning i felt sick and it progressed the next 24 hours to where i had to go to the hospital. The doctor informed me that since this is the only thing i ate that day, other than a bowl of cereal for breakfast at the hotel, that there is a very high posssibility that i got food poisioning from this location. So, after i was released from the hospital after spending over 24 hours there for observation, i called this location the next morning to let them know what has happened and the possibility of food poisioning. the manager on duty, i do not remember her name, told me that i did not get food poisioning from her location, because nobody else had reported it and there definately would of been an outbreak. i was surprised to find out that this manager didnt really sound too concern about the possibility, she actually said that maybe it wasnt food poisioning that maybe i just cant eat roast beef. Really? i did not know that she was also a doctor. anyway she really started to irritate me so i asked for a corporate phone number to contact someone with my concern. she told me that the only phone number that she had available for me was the automated customer satisfaction hotline on the back of my receipt. so i had to obtain a corporate phone number on my own through the internet. i contacted corporate about my concern and action is pending at this time. |
