I just realized how many bad reviews this place has, but I go here all the time (drive thru only) and have zero problems. Food is great, staff is friendly. I often ask for suggestions and they usually help me with my indecision. Sometimes there is a little wait, but I'd rather wait then have them rush and make things sloppy and wrong. I hope they bring back the gyro! It's one of my faves =D

One of the worst Arby's I've been to. Very dirty and there was a lot of staff doing nothing. Trash was all over the floor. Food took forever and both my meat and bun was way overcooked.

Slowwwwwwww - took me 15 minutes in the drive through to get 1 item!

I would strongly recommend you to check your food before leaving the restaurant. I have YET to go there and get what I ordered. My most recent episode was tonight (July 17, 2011) @ 8pm of which I was the ONLY one there. I ordered a medium Roast Beef Combo w/ Sliced Cheddar, Onion, and Ketchup , they repeated my order to me. When I got home, I got a medium Roast Beef with Creamy Cheddar and NO onion and NO ketchup. I went back up the second time and explained that my order was wrong. When I got home, you guessed it, wrong again. I got the sliced Cheddar this time but no ketchup and one sliver of onion. The manager, who was made aware of the situation on the second trip, informed me that they don't have ketchup in the back, I would have to put that on myself. Poor EXCUSE for the ketchup missing but what about the onion? If they in fact have NO ketchup in the back and I requested ketchup, why not explain that to me the second time and put ketchup in the bag? So I go back home yet again......only to find they did in fact put sliced cheddar and onion and the ketchup in the bag, however it was a REGULAR sized Roast Beef and I paid for a Medium. So, let's go over this again, almost 7 bucks for a Medium special order Roast Beef Combo meal, three trips, cold fries and Small Roast Beef................what in the world........it was NOT dinner hour, I was the ONLY customer and they couldn't ever get it right and the manager gets an attitude w/ me? Customer Service is not their forte'
