I got the Arby's melts there just an hour ago it was cold it's post to be hot instead of cold an they are cheap on the cheese too an it was cold too

Good food and service, lady up front that took my order was very polite.

I was stuck in their drive thru for over 15 minutes. I had to call the store from my car to ask to be let out of line. There were still 2
cars in front of me after that long of a wait.

Service was nice and welcoming, food was prepared well, and I love this style of dining room.

Normally enjoy eating here, however,this time I had a hair in my sandwich. It was the last bite and i ended up going to the restroom to recover. Told the person behind the counter and the lady in charge anout it and they did refund my money for the item. I also brought it to thier attention that the lady who was prepping in the back did not have on a hairnet or any kind of restraint on her hair to keep this from happening. I have worked food service and any kitchen I have been in it was mandatory...she did have gloves on though(put one on her head???). Totally disapointed. Arby's has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Just for the store managers benefit it was 11/21/15 around 3:30p.m.
