David, thanks to you we were unable to eat our French Dip Sandwiches tonight and even though you are willing to replace them the next time we come in, we were still disappointed tonight. When I called to tell you that I had just purchased the sandwiches you interrupted me to say that you had forgotten the au jus so you were aware that you had not completed the order before I drove away. Sorry service!
