This Arby's gave me food poisoning. I ordered a Medium Roast Beef sandwich with curly fries. Fries were old and cold and the sandwich seemed o.k. But this meal cost me a Saturday night and a Sunday because I was miserably sick. Also cost me $300 in medical bills. I will not be going back to any Arby's.

I made a special trip from my downtown hotel to this location on Decatur. The service was fast and relatively friendly, so, in spite of the ancient building, I thought I was in luck.

When I opened my order, I discovered that the sandwich was cold, the fries were old and cold, and there were no napkins.

I won't be back. But is this really the best they can do? If so, it's pathetic.
