Awesome lunch today! The young lady on the counter, Raven, was polite, professional & a pleasure to deal with. I don't do fast food 99% of the time but she answered my questions, helped with my coupon & had me taken care of in moments. Manager on duty was just as nice. Food was ready asap, prepared perfectly & looked like the picture in the ad! Great crew, great food & awesome customer service! !!!! Kudos!!

Bad location.. go elsewhere. I was the only car in the drive through and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a roast beef with curly fries.. WTH Store is either severely understaffed or untrained. Employee couldn't even be bothered to say "Sorry that took so long..". Time for corporate to bulldoze this one and start over.

Morons that work at this location have no chance of getting your order right and cannot count change !!! I live 2 blocks from this away and drive 4 miles the one on Stephanie St in Henderson. Arby's corporate should shut this one down for the sake of the companies image !!!!

poor service waited 10 minutes to place order inside no one in line, there was only one car in drive thru, I just walked out

the stores hours on Google sent me here, but they close an hour earlier than stated... Wasted trip!!
