It's around noon and the place was unconfortably warm. There were two registers but no one was working one and the girl on the other station didn't know what she was doing. I printed out a coupon online just to go here so I didn't have much choice except wait in the heat. Of course when it's my turn, nobody knows what to do with my online coupon. After several minutes standing around while they figure it out, I get my order but no receipt. I waited like 3 or 4 mins on just my receipt which I never got. Unbelievable. Normally I wouldn't care but I know they charged me for two fries even though I only ordered 1. Well of course, I get one fry, but charged for 2, so trying to save money with a coupon was a waste of time. Unfortunately when I this angry I can't say anything without yelling so I just left without a word and decided to forget about it and not create a ruckus. But then the final straw ... I had to throw most of the order in the trash. It was greasy and disgusting.
