I have been getting French Dips for the last 3-4 years. One day I order one and I can see the bottom of the au jus cup. When I confront the staff, the inform me they have to charge me if I want more. I think they should close up if they are going to do this kind of crap to their customers. I even told them, they should hike the price of the sandwich 40 cents and let the customer have as much juice as they want. Instead they ignore it and wait for several complaints like mine before they do anything about it. Just doesn't make business sense to me.
