Just spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, that's nearly half my lunch. Can't go here anymore for lunch.

Fantastic food and service! They were out of one of their sauces in the dispenser but they had plenty of packets in the back! Will be back to this store! Please remember that if your ordering chicken based combos it takes time! They don't leave patties just lying about and must make it fresh when you order. It is well worth the wait. If your in a hurry try the roast beef or or one of their "Market Fresh" sandwich things. No I am not an employee just been going to Arby's for ages!

took 17mins to 3 combos. only person doing their job was the girl in glasses working the drive thru. everyone else was doing nothing. the food was all lop sided and hardly any cheese. terrible workers ok food this time. they need training from chik fil a

This is the worst Arby's in the known universe. My son went and they were out of roast beef. Seriously?? Next time they were out of curly fries. Tonight when I pulled through the drive thru the woman said "Come inside to order." Not politely. I repeated her request and she said "Yes, come inside and order." I left but I called the store. A man answered and I told him what she had done and he said her reason was they were super busy. There were 5 people at the counter and there was 1 car ahead of me at the drive thru window. I went to McDonalds and will never go to this Arby's again ever even though it is closest to my house.
