Service has been getting worse over the last several months. Today was the last straw. Low class service and terrible FOOD POISONING on top of it. I am a huge fan of Arby's as a fast food option, but thanks to this experience, I won't be back for a very long time.

The slowest Arby's I have ever been to. Have been here twice and both times were horrendously slow and there wasn't even a rush of people. They misplaced our order when we were the only people in the place. Will not be going back!

My husband and I stopped for lunch today and had the best service ever! We were greeted by Michelle who allowed us to enter the order line through a chained off area due to the floor being cleaned and still a bit wet. I use crutches and my husband a cain. She then offered to take our order to a table and also brought our drinks to us. She checked back on us a couple of times and brought us a bag to take the remainging food home. Michelle also held the door for us as we left and thanked my husband for his military service. Michelle is a STAR EMPLOYEE! We appreciate all her help and heart felt concern. We also enjoyed the food. Thank you, we will be repeat customers.
