Arby's, Norfolk, Virginia Restaurant Details

Food:

Got their 5 for 5 roast beefs and all 5 were rotten. Meat tasted 5 days old, buns fell apart like 2 week old bread. No receipt, and we had to wait at the drive through for 10 minutes, without a single soul in the entire restaurant, 5 employees. Happened at noon on Sunday, worst arby's I've ever had!

Food:

We love Arby's great food that being said, the ladies must have been having a bad go of it today. While they were friendly and courteous. the fries were shorter than the cup by an inch and my sandwich was missing when I got home along with my receipt.

I know, I should have searched my bag before I pulled away from the window, it is my fault there, but I am a trusting soul. My bad.

As soon as I realized the mistake I called and they are courteously replacing the sandwich but it is a long drive, not worth it today.

Bottom line here, check your bag and ask for a receipt but keep comming back the food is good.
