Hit or miss. When there are teenagers working the counter, you might as well go to a different fast food place. I know fast food is inexpensive, but rude, condescending and crass kids should not be able to hold a CSR position of any type.

I went through the drive through recently and my order was taken inccorectly by a very rude girl. But to my surprise I was greeted at the window by a very helpful and apologetic guy. He fixed my order and made my arbys visit 100% better. Will definitely be back just for his professional kind deminer. Tom is the best!

Cane in to get the new Italian sandwich and some chocolate turnovers he says they don't have any turnovers there over is broken then they told me they are out of pepperoni for the Italian worst arby I been to by far

Gave us fresh food. And because he wanted it fresh gave us large shame and a free one a extra burger and a extra shake and curly fried. Best management ever . They take care of there customers. !
