The fellow was very respectful the sandwich was not thrown together. It was delicious!! To bad they aren't closer to where I live.

Can't give zero stars! I decided to give them another chance... fail! I watched and waited ten minutes while my order sat under the heat lamp. Manager came out and snipped at the only guy doing his job then reluctantly handed me my Corned Beef Sandwich. Not a friendly bone in her body! My corned beef was on one side of the sandwich - the sauerkraut was on the other. Cold as hell too. Had to open it up and rearrange things. Pretty basic task for them performed badly. Fries were the scraps from the bottom of the tray. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME.

I waited 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. During that time, one drive through customer had to come back in to get the rest of her order - she stated that she had waited 15 minutes in drive through. The poor customer in front of me had been waiting longer. When they finally brought his order, he was told they were out of some of the items he had ordered. A refund was offered, but it took so long to get his refund, he finally just settled for getting something else. I saw the food I had ordered get placed out to be served; it was at least 10 minutes before it was put in a bag and served to me. Every time I go to this location it is never busy, but has an outrageous wait time for food. I wont be going back.

Service is horrible the manager needs to be cross trained she has no customer service skills.

Where to begin?? These people r IDIOTS. On the menu it very plainly states (oddly enough by the EXACT sandwich I ordered) that u can double the roast beef. Well this blew the mind of the guy in drive thru. It jus could not b done, no way, no how
