03/31/2016 4:25 amWent to arbys on easter day thinking it was going to be closed but to my surprise it wasn't. As I walked it there was a funky smell but overall the place was quite clean. The young guy that took my ordered had a big smile and he was really nice. Also I got my order really fast. |

03/04/2016 7:42 amI went in on my lunch break. I only get a 30 minute lunch. It took me 5 minutes to drive there. There was no other customers in the restaurant and no one behind the counter. It smelled like rotting cheese and it was making me nauseous. When someone came around to take my order I chose to dine out because the smell was so bad. The cashier even agreed that something smelled rotten. My order was 2 chicken bacon swiss combos. After 15 minutes I began to wonder what was taking so long. I was the only one there, remind you. There was one lady in the back texting. I waited at the counter trying to get her attention. When she finally came out, she told me that their equipment wasn't working and that it will take another 10 to 15 minutes. Of course I did not have another 15 minutes to eat my food and drive back to work. I don't understand why I was not told this before my order was placed. I don't understand why they made me wait without telling me for so long. I had to go back to work without eating anything. I asked for a refund. She said it would take 24 hours for it to go back into my account. We will see about that. It's safe to say I will never be going to this Arby's location again. And I warn all to stay clear. I'm surprised this location is even open at all. Very very disappointed in my experience and the way it was handled by the employees. |
