Very rude service. After waiting for over 5-7 minutes at drive-thru with no way of getting out I decided to proceed forward and wait another few minutes for vehicle in front of me to move. Told my discomfort to drivethru girl but did not get any relief. Got my order my no more, not even offered ketchup or arby's sauce. I did not even get my receipt which is why I'm bothering to make this review.

Smokehouse Brisket is AMAZING! Arby's Mozza Sticks are the best, hands down.

Great place to sit and enjoy a nice sandwich. The staff is tops. They always treat me like family. I highly recommend this place to everyone in El Paso, TX
