I used to frequently visit this Arby's, but they could never get my order right. It's not like I was ordering for a party of 5 either, I was always by myself. My order is simple, a market fresh sandwich with no tomato, no onion, and no ranch. Oh, and and iced tea. No fries, no appetizers, and no sides. The last straw was when they messed up my sandwich, I took it in to get a new one, and I watched the person on the line put onions and tomato on my sandwich again after the woman behind the counter told them how to make it and handed them a receipt. Not to mention, I got about half the turkey and lettuce. Not a place to visit on your lunch hour, or if you are in a hurry.
