The staff was very nice but they were very unorganized. The cashier most have been New because she was not sure how to ring up our order and the only person to help her was the drive thru person. The whole store was staffed by only 3 people and 2 were new. The store was also out of their new Apple crisp. I will say that the person the seemed like the manager did compensate us for the mistake. And the shake maker was down too.
