place its beautiful the view its all about it / food its good, octopus was very nice / drinks also very good/ delicious cosmopolitan/ its a very romantic place to spend an afternoon having drinks / service was not good AT ALL / very slow and the waitress was not nice. She had the typical miami waitress attitude im better that the client.

Go get a drink during their happy hour and enjoy their specials.

Good seafood, great view. Service was mixed. Awesome on a Friday night, could not have been worse on a Sunday brunch. Good news, is the bartender did a good job making up for poor servers and very limited lunch menu (get the pool menu for lunch, it is better)

Food:

Gorgeous roof deck in the heart of Downtown Miami. When I visited they had a special Yelp check-in offer where you can get, essentially, a happy hour drink for $6. Valet parking is free if you drop by during the day. This little combo alone makes it a worthwhile stop while in Miami if you are looking to relax and see the skyline of Miami. There is also a pool on the roof deck and plenty of excellent people watching.

I had a couple specialty cocktails that our bartender created that were some of the best I had while I was in Miami. The fish tacos I ordered were good but not all that memorable, not a bad option for some lighter food.

The first time I went here it was AMAZING! The view on the 19th floor (I think but forget) was incredible of the city and the water. The food was also amazing, the waitress was beyond great, and the drinks were fantastic. However, the second time I went back with a large group, the food was okay, the view still the same, amazing, and the space was perfect. However, I'm not sure why the food wasn't as good the second time. We had a ton of seafood, pasta, appetizers, and drinks. The appetizers were probably the best, the drinks were good, but the seafood and pastas were just okay...oh well. Definitely come here for a drink and the view! I think the outdoor bar sometimes has music too but I'm not totally sure.

The "magical" 16th-floor terrace provides "amazing views" of Downtown and Biscayne Bay at this "trendy" spot atop the EPIC Hotel that serves "creative" seafood in upscale indoor digs or poolside; the "popular" happy hour is the perfect occasion to "mingle with Miami's beautiful (yet money-conscious) set", and even when the bar is "hopping", "swift" servers know how to handle the crowds.
