Went and seen Deadpool tonight!!! Great theater but horrible service!!!! We arrived 15 minutes before the movie started found our seats and pressed the service button. By the time a server came to take our order the Movie was already starting. By this time people that came in after us already had their drinks and food! 30 minutes later we had to push our service button again, 5 minutes later we get a new server, and had to re-order our drinks and food! Finally an hour into the movie we get our cold (not warm) cold cheese fries. The cheese was so cold it was like a hard cheese shell over the fries. First time ever being at SMG and it was just horrible service. After the movie we heard several groups of people complaining about never getting their food and was still getting charged.

I don't know if they were short staffed or what but seriously debating on if we should give them another chance!

This is my favorite movie theatre now! I love it! There is one theatre I went to that the seating in the theatre didn't match up with the seating chart when you buy your ticket. It caused a problem for a customer once. Besides that, I love the chicken tenders and fries. All the food is really good! Love the atmosphere!

The concept is great but the execution is lacking. An example: Two of the four drinks we ordered came our food. Later, one person in our party wanted a refill, and when it was brought out the staff took my cup and never returned (so I was out my drink!). Very odd experience overall. I would say this is isolated, but it seems to happen every visit. I personally would avoid going here if it weren't for the other people in my party.

SAVE YOUR TIME & YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We've been to SMG Arena Grand numerous times and tonight finally solidified that we would not be returning. We had a few bad experiences before but tonight was awful. When we sat down for the movie we ordered pizza and some drinks. We sat through an entire movie and never received our food but they had the audacity to bring me a check for it. The response was "well I don't know what happened to it then". The lack of plates, cups, and napkins would be the first clue that it never got to us. To make the experience even better someone was smoking inside the theater and nothing was done about it. To top the night off we sat outside in the parking garage for 30 minutes at the gate arguing with the parking attendants over the phone because our parking ticket was not properly validated and they wanted us to pay another $3 on top of what we already paid. We had a receipt for the tickets and the parking validation that said "parking" on it but since the theater didn't run it through the system right it showed up as if we had not paid. It's just $3 but it's the principle behind it. When we refused to pay for parking again they sent security, who then just opened the gate. From start to finish, we had terrible service. The only saving grace was the movie we went to see was actually good. I'm very disappointed because we used to love going there but the last 3 times were terrible.

I've been here multiple times since it was converted into SMG from the Arena Grand. I really miss the older theater as since the conversion it has gone downhill a bit. The ticket prices are average, but the food is way overpriced and not of good quality. My most recent visit on Friday had me order my food at the beginning and I had it before the movie started, which was nice, but the fries were overseasoned and they brought my food before my drink. I had to wait an additional five minutes before it came, which is weird. The servers I find on average aren't very friendly and for some reason prefer to hand you the plate instead of put it on the table, given how hot the plates can be it is a pain.

The seats are comfy and the idea behind the theater is cool, but I'd recommend eating before coming and just enjoying the movie. The food isn't worth it
