Great old style lunch bar but if you get anything off the grill I hope you like the faint flavor of fish...

Food:

BREAKFAST is awesome here. It's served all day. I have had their corned beef hash and their chorizo and egg breakfasts. Their corned beef hash is crisp on the outside and moist within. I was happy to see that the chorizo and egg was not oily or greasy. I did take a peek into the kitchen and it looked as though the chefs were Latino. The again I have gone to Mexican restaurants in which the chorizo and eggs were disgustingly oily/greasy. I really like their salsa here. I also like their Thai Iced Tea.

If you go here on Sunday for brunch/lunch, be prepared to wait for a table. It will also be difficult to find parking. We went here on a Saturday at 2 pm and there were numerous booths available. The Thai manager/owner (?) is very personable!

Food:

Great diner for breakfast comfort food. If you are looking for a well made breakfast of eggs and potatoes then this is the spot. I have been coming here on the weekends when I am feeling too lazy to cook for myself (which is often). I have tried their international omelet , their chicken fried steak, their pancakes and their waffles on separate occasions. The omelet is hands down my favorite. The pancakes are good but the waffles are a bit thin, flat and not very fluffy. Their chicken fried steak is probably my least favorite as it tastes like it is a premade and frozen patty. So I would recommend any of the egg and omelet dishes and pancakes.

Everything that they make in house though is very good and I would recommend this place to friends if they are looking for some good comfort food at very good prices.

Almost 5 year customer, one day a week. Delightful. Good prices and so friendly. Notice 19 year Veteran waitress Lin is no long there, not sure why, but I will no longer eat there...
