Worst restaurant around Arrowhead by far!!! Went there last night with my family to celebrate good grades the kids got. Big mistake. Chips were stale, had to ask for hot sauce 3 times. My wife's chimichangas was disgusting, and my chicken especial was greasy and just a hot mess in a bowl. The kids chores their cheese crisps, but how can you mess those up?!? Anyway, we waited for 15 minutes to get our check and get the heck outta there. I finally had to get up and get the manager since nobody ever came to the table after we were served. All he did was say sorry an give me an employee discount?!?!? This is after he asked if we wanted to go containers an I said no because the food was worth taking home.... Here's your sign buddy???!! I left no tip and got no satisfaction. Bottom line, never ever going there again and will tell everybody what's dump it has become. Huge disappointment and ran by kids that probably just came from the fast food world.

Uninspired food served by a waiter who was less than attentive. Said they brewed their own beer, but they didn't have any. He mumbled something about what was on tap (nothing we wanted) and didn't offer any list of what they had in bottles. Ordered taco plate, son ordered street tacos. Eventually our order came (after sitting under a heat lamp for a while). My taco shells were tough, wrapped around a very dry and tasteless shredded beef. No sauce or seasoning, nor did I get the sour cream that I ordered. My son (an experienced cook now in culinary school) declared he was served beef jerky for his tacos, it was so dry and tasteless. We got one round of refills from our waiter, who also took his time about bringing our check. Our visit was on a Tuesday evening, so it wasn't like the place was slammed. There was also no music, which was kind of creepy. This isn't a place we will return to or even recommend.
