Disgusting and will never go back!
Been going there for years,cookies were delicious.
A year ago my wife found hair in the more than 1 cookie.
I complained and she just shook her head,no apology or anything.
We hadnt been there since.I was walking by one day and decided to
give them another shot and things were ok,,,
until yesterday.Again lots of hair in cookies,
one cookie actually had some kind of something hairy
on the bottom,maybe the tail of a mouse or a piece
of a rag mop.

I am calling city officials on this place.
Stay away!

The sweets are good, but the staff was not helpful and very unwelcoming. She made me feel sorry to be there. I just wanted to pay and leave as soon as possible.

I had called to talk to the manger and the staff was so rude! She was ending the phone continuously, without allowing me to finish. I tried to call again but she had blocked my number. Very rude staff, I would not call or come ever to this bakery.

They have the best bread in Chicago. It's so light, fluffy, and delicious! The staff there is really nice as well!
