Garbage. If you like touristy chain BBQ joints have at it. If you really want some BBQ go to BB's Lawnside.

We stopped in to the casino and were trying to decide which to eat .so i went up to the counter and asked to have a small sample of brisket ( as i do at every bbq place i go to thru out the country as i am a nationwide truck driver ) the fellow behind the counter cutting meats informed i couldnot get a sample as they arw the second best bbq in the country and they have no reason to give a sample. He also said mcdonalds doesnt give out samples. So i pleasantly responded with if you are comparing your food with mcdonalds then you just lost 2 customers . He said fine so we never got ti see what there food was like. Frankly i think if their policy is to not let a customer tey it like every bbq place ive ever been ti in america then they will not earn my patronage. what was the cost of a little taste if brisket . It was 2 customers arthur. I guess your business will survive with out us but that was the poorest customer service i can recall in my 51 yrs ...

I live in KC, and this is the most overrated , hyped BBQ ! Horrible ! Something is wrong with your tastebuds ift you think this is good !! So sad , this does not represent KC ! Go to Bates City BBQ or Danny's !!

Portions are huge. Taste is excellent. My only real complaint is that I couldn't finish all of the food on my plate.

Waste of time!!! Go to the Brooklyn ave. Location if you want real food! This is as bad as the one in the MCI airport. The burnt ends were not burnt or ends. WTF! They dont even have the fresh lemonade! This location is ruining the Arthur Bryant name. CLOSE IT!!! or FIX IT!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
