Artisan Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada Restaurant Details

Food:

It's gorgeous but hard to wind down because it's really loud. It's a nightclub and close to the highway which was louder than expected. We slept with ear plugs which helped a lot. Room was comfy and nice bathroom. Loved the paintings and overall weirdness.

This hotel is HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I got a groupon deal for our week stay in Vegas. Upon first arriving the surrounding area was less than desirable but the drive way of the hotel was ok. The host area was a bit of a mess but it wasn't until we got to the room that we discovered the first horror. The room had a strange odor, the closet doors were broken and the bathroom was just ok. We decided to further investigate and the swimming pool which they advertise so well was disgusting!!! There was mold everywhere. And when I say everywhere I mean everywhere. We headed right to the front desk and requested a refund. Our stay was a total of 20 minutes.

This hotel gets an -F for it's appearance and cleanliness. The staff were very helpful but still not worth the hassle.

Food:

Mike, steve, and steve were excellent employees. Very helpful and knowledgable with drink selections at the bar and had colorful stories. The valet made me park my own car and guided me into the spot...though it was close to the door. To me that self park.
Fun place with fun decor... art and mirrors on the celing and wall to wall sculpture. Definitely an eclectic, hipster vibe.

The negative reviews almost scared us away. So glad my wife surprised me with this jewel. EVERY staff member was awesome. The entire property keeps you surrounded with a warm enchanted feeling. Loved that we were so close to the strip without all the bright lights and flash. Valet in & out without five lines of traffic and pedestrians. Our first trip to Vegas in ten years. The Artisan was calling us back before we reached the Hoover dam. Trying to plan a stay in November. We miss our room...our lobby...our lounge...our art work...oh man we surely miss the pool party. Thank you everyone @ Artisan we truly enjoyed our stay!!

Terrible Hotel!! Worst location ever. There is no parking, only valet. And half the time the valet isn't in front, so you have to ask the desk. They made us wait until 4:30pm before we could check into the room I had booked online. They charged my card $175 for "deep cleaning" and smoke damage because there was fast food garbage and someone put a cigarette butt in their pocket and it ended up in a beer bottle in the room.

They also pay people to write 5-star reviews.

Avoid these jerks at all costs! ! Also, Google "Artisan Hotel Bedbugs"
