I've never been here before but after reading all the reviews, I decided to try it out. When I got there, a lady came out and rudely asked what I wanted. Since there were no online menus I could find before going there, I wanted a menu, which were nowhere to be found anywhere in the restaurant. I had to ask specifically for one. I ended up ordering the Pineapple Chicken, which came out to be $10.50. The wait was pretty short, surprisingly. When I got home, the chicken was under-cooked and there was a long black hair in it. And the "fried" rice that she said came with it looked and tasted a lot like white rice....Needless to say, I will never be ordering from there again.

This is a favorite of ours. I agree that the food is almost identical to another Chinese restaurant in Middleton. This "Ma & Pa shop" is always a great choice. We both agree that their dumplings are the best we have ever had. We always find ourselves comparing the dumplings from all other restaurants and for the past number of years we haven't found a better dumpling! If you like spicy food, don't be afraid to ask for extra spicy. I recommend the Singapore Beef while my spouse enjoys the Fragrant Chicken.

I usually call ahead and pick up over lunch, never had a bad meal, pot-stickers and Ma Po Tofu are great!

went today 1/5/10 at 8pm ordered the crab ragoon. was charged $4. has to ask for the red sweet and sour sauce which was filled not even 1/4 of the way. got home, tasted the 4 small ragoons i got and they were awful! small, old (i think) and they had no filling. i had even asked the lady if the ragoons were made with cream cheese. she said yes. very disappointed.

never again will i go here for food.
