Asian Bistro, Tucson, Arizona, Chinese Restaurant Details

Food:

I ordered delivery and tried to spend more money by ordering a la carte but they insisted on giving me the dinner combos where you get less food. Either way we spent 40$ for three dinner combos and some crab wontons. An hour later the food arrived, 20 mins after the said delivery time, and they forgot the wontons we were charged 5$ for and there was no soy sauce, chopsticks, napkins... Nothing! The food was far from great but we still ate it having waited an hour. It might be a different story if you dine in, but save your time and money and get Mandarin Grill.

Food:

My friend and I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, and were the only customers there. The service and the food were still excellent. They served us quickly without rushing us. My friend really enjoyed the Mongolian beef; their house recipe makes it nice and spicy. I love their drink selection (both nonalcoholic and alcoholic). Next time we'll visit well before it's time for the staff to go home.

I ordered delivery. When the food arrived I was very disappointed. The fried rice was a cheap microwaveable mess. I also ordered Mongolian beef which was 70% onions with very little beef. The fruit slush was watery and bellow par. Also when the delivery guy came to the door he told me that if you want napkins or a single pair of chopsticks you have to ask for them when you order. I saw some great reviews but I was extremely disappointed. I wont be back.

I cant speak of the decor of the building but they do have a really nice web page.

I love this place. The wait staff is very friendly . The food is diverse and Tasty. I Like to try different dishes.The Hot and Sour soup , Orange Chicken are great. Try the Asian Bistro Fondue if you like variety, it is special.

I had ordered take out here before I ever walked in the place. Had an excellent meal with great service at a reasonable price the first time I did come to the Asian Bistro. Had the vegetable low mein and my friend had the curry - both excellent. excellent service. I'm very happy this place is close to where I live.
