Not as nice of a mall as Kenwood mall but if it's closer to you it checks most of the prerequisite boxes for mall stores.

If it's not Christmas Tri-county is mostly dead. A few stores still hanging on.

The Verizon store inside is great (thanks Jake!) and the Starbucks employees are very fast and friendly. Plus there are lots of convenient restaurants in and around the mall.

Slowly falling apart. Lots of vacant spaces making for small selection and lots of walking between stores. Too close to Kenwood and Northgate.

Terrible mall. Failing fast. Too many security and stores closing often. Seems a waste of time when Kenwood Mall is so close and much wider selection.
