Asian Garden, Ocean City, Maryland Restaurant Details

This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited in the United States. We ordered a bunch of Indian food that we expected to be authentic like all the other great Indian restaurants I have visited with my friends. The Teriyaki Chicken had good taste but it was a tad bit hard. Palak Paneer tasted good but not authentic, but it was like a local would make in India so technically it was good. The momos were nothing how they were in India, god they were awful. Mango Lussi was ok. But seriously, these people really need to learn how to make authentic food to be called "Asian Garden" because food from gardens, especially of they are home grown are expected to be fresh. But the reason that this despicable restaurant deserves 1 star is because of the good awful serivce. The waitresses were not even their for most of the time. They were slacking on the job talking with their other coworkers. We said the momos were terrible and we wanted a refund on that and she was like, "Well I don't like them either so sorry." Then she just left. What the heck, she is not a professional. She deserves to be fired immediately for not doing her job. Food preparation took way to long. I thought it wouldn't take long to get us drinks since the vendor for drinks was located near the front of the restaurant which we were seated and it took 15 minutes to get us drinks. Good restaurants take only 5 or so minutes which is a good period of time but 15!!!???!!??! That's blasphemous! We literally had to wait a very long period of time to get some assistance from these people. Do not eat at this restaurant. Only eat if you are going to do take out. And please, fire a majority of the staff and get better waiting skills.

Horrible food. Ruined the Asian name. I asked for spicy so they made my shrimp with garlic sauce sweet. It was disgusting.

Food was mediocre. No fortunes in the fortune cookies. If you like luke warm food like bath water and small portions head on down here. Delivery guy was Indian (but friendly & hot), food was Chinese-- confusing to say the least. Didn't give us any chopsticks, what you think I can't use them? Don't put yourselves through this torment. P.S. Fried rice was good

Ordered veg biryani... got fried rice. Ordered baigan bhadtha and got ready to go baigan bhartha. Advised the to rename biryani. Refunded after 15 min class. Other folks joined us and got refund too. This is not authentic indian food at all. crap... rip off. glad we confronted.

OC washabi sushi restaurant nearby is run by nepali folks. Loved them. they have veg thali. it was so better than expected. recommending it.
