WOOWWWW!!!! me and my family had just sat down to order some food. As we were sitting down. I watched the Manger.wicth is the woman who has braces. Be very rude to another family regarding an order. Couldn't really here what was going on. But I saw the Manger slam the family plate down on another Table that's wasent even there's. She was so rude that me and my family just had to walk out. This is the last time that I well be coming to this place.

This would be the first time me writing a review. I came to this place for my birthday!!! and let me tell you the service as well as the food was HORRIBLE!! Orange chicken was saugy rice was crunching and noodles were very dry. So I ask if I can replace the food for house rice. The watter to me that the OWNER. Said just because you don't like it dosent mean I'm gonna replace it

So I ask to speak to the owner. I was told by the owner that she's not going to replace the food. Because there's nothing worng with it.i told her I was not going to paid for it. Mind you I only had one bite. So she told me that she was gonna charge me rather I like it or not. SO she then sat my food on another table. Then after that she was hovering or us the whole entire time
This place is NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A POOR SERVICE SPOT.this would be the place to go to. Now my whole entire birthday dinner is ruin

if you like eyelash as well as head hair in your food and greasy fatty chicken eat here- absolutely disgusting

I ordered here because it delivers, and has an easy to use online system.

The food arrived quickly and the driver was very nice, but after the charge processed and popped up on my online banking I realized they had overcharged me by $10.00. I called and the lady said it was not her problem and hung up on me. I called and called and they ignored my phone calls. I finally called from my husbands phone and they answered. I informed them I was coming up there with my receipt and my online bank statement, and they just didn't care. She would not take responsibility and said even if I had proof she would not give me my money that she owed me.

First good Chinese food I've found in Reno in the past six years... Most other places you have to settle for when you REALLY must have Chinese, this place makes you want to have Chinese. Gogo
