Seafood and characters, best food and people watching... The waiters are hilarious.... Sunday entertainment at its best.... The seafood is affordable, fresh and top notch!

I'd give this place a 5 star rating for the view from the upstairs mezzanine alone. We stumbled across it one morning when we were looking for something to eat and got pulled in by its olde world charm (been there since 1909)
I realized I'd eaten in a lot of places over my life that were trying to be what the Athenian naturally was.
I had the 4 cheese scramble, which was everything I want in an egg breakfast. Coffee was great, I'm not a huge fan of milk from tiny disposable single serve packets, but hey, when you're eating breakfast in America...
Portions were human sized, none was wasted and I left fully satisfied.
I was only in Seattle for a week but I went back again for lunch also a good experience.
Good service both times.
Next time I'm in Seattle I'll be back for breakfast.

In short, rude waiter, poor food. The waiter shoved my menu away as I was reading it to put down my utensils. My mashed potatoes were cool and my coleslaw warm. The prawns and cod were good, the salmon not so much. Not worth what I paid.

One of my favorite places for happy hour. Exceptional service and great food. If I am downtown this is my go to place with one of the best views around. I would give it more stars if there were more to give.

Is this the restaurant from Sleepless in Seattle? Still not sure. Anyway it was a really cute restaurant in Pike Place Market. Reasonable prices. I couldn't decide what I wanted (because I wanted all the fish) so I got the seafood bowl - I was expecting it to have some sort of seasoning or bold flavor, but it didn't. Nevertheless, it was a great dish with quality fish, just different from what I thought it would be. I sat upstairs by the windows and got a great view of the pier and the ferris wheel. Definitely a cute touristy destination.
