06/07/2015 7:35 amI haven't stayed yet under this new mgmt, but have to give service a 1 star since they cannot find my reservations even with a confirmation number... Don't make no sense, and frustrating at the same time. |

04/20/2015 1:32 pmA very inexpensive place to stay. Location is key, it is on the boardwalk. The room (queen studio) was clean and spacious for the two of us. Yes there was some funky stuff going on with the TV and DVD player ,but with today's technology, you can figure it out. No room service, toilet needed a little work. The staff was excellent. The view is as depicted in the photo gallery. They have a shuttle bus that takes you about AC. the HVAC was a little loud, but calmed down after running for awhile. Atlantic Palace did not appear to have an affiliation with other promoting parties nor did it offer any of its own. That is is OK, most of AC didn't either. I would bring the whole family back to this specific spot as it sits on the boardwalk and overlooks the beach. without going through a casino. The casino is not on the premises. The parking garage is next door and easy to get to, unfortunately if you park on the upper floors to the garage you have to come all the way down to the first floor to exit on foot because he garage was an afterthought, and there is no linking bride. Once on the boardwalk you have at least a 3-5 min walk to restaurants and or casinos with the vendors in between. If you walk away from the Boardwalk to Pacific Ave you can shop the native stores for clothing and food at more reasonable prices. The 3rd floor has a pay to play game room, sauna, pool and exercise room. I am an Exploria Owner and yes I have been in much better places , but this one is perfect for the location and price for my four children, great grandmother, annoying cousin and my son's girlfriend. |

07/10/2014 1:39 amIf there was a way too rate this place a 5 star minus, I would do it. The only good experience I had in this hotel was the Ocean view room from the 17th floor. Everything else about the hotel was terrible. The staff were short tempered and unhelpful. The garage parking was in a seperate building with no hotel or elevator access, which means,if you parked at the top of the 7 floor garage, you had too walk down. the hallway carpets were dirty, as were my room carpet. The room itself was like stepping back in the 1950's very old decor. And it smelled strongly of Ben-gay for some strange reason. I nearly ran from the place at the end of my 2 day reservation. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality and up to date room style. |

07/04/2014 12:43 pmI will preface this review by saying I am a Club Wyndham owner and I am basing this review on the superior quality that is typical of Club Wyndham. I am going to say this was OK maybe 2 1/2 stars. |
