Food:

The coffee is good but I certainly have issues with the staff. They are very rude (with the exception of one very nice cashier) and so non-responsive to their work. On numerous occasions I have to point out that the coffee dispensers are exmpty... many of them.... while the staff chit chat with their friends. It is very rude. My other complaint is that no matter how many diferent ways the managers configure and reconfigure the layout and set up of the coffee stations, it does not work or help. It is a BATTLE in the morning to prepare your cup of coffee. People pushing you, bumping into you, spilling coffee on you. I do not go there anymore for this reason.

They have flies in the bakery shelves. They close too early. They are usually out of mac & cheese in the evening. They are fairly expensive. They stopped offering half price baked goods during closing.
