02/26/2016 7:57 amWaiter was very pleasant, but I could tell they had recently been drinking. One meal was satisfactory and the other appeared to be reheated... Not worth price. It believe that it used to be a much more authentic place in the past, but nostalgia will not make up for quality to newer customers. |

09/08/2015 10:17 pmI love Pete & Sam's and have been going there for over 25 years. However, last Saturday night was unforgivable... the worst service I've ever had in any restaurant and I went home hungry. The waiter had to be physically grabbed in order to get his attention. He informed us with a laugh that they "Had run out of toasted ravioli's"... at 6:30 in the evening. Another appetizer would be 35 minutes and then forgot to bring us the garlic bread that we ordered. The five of us would have eaten 2 or 3 baskets if he would have brought them. Never a "how is it", never a "fill your water glass", not nothing. THEN, after I had stewed about things and was going to tell the manager that my experience was (less than great)... young Sammy was too busy talking to friends to even ask how it went.... Mr. Sam & Mr. Pete would never accept anything like this.... It was sad. I'll probably give them another chance for old times sake and out of respect to what they have been... but it was sad. One star because I can't post it if I give no stars. |

05/15/2014 1:18 amthe vegetables and red sauce tasted like it came from a can. The veal was stringy. The tiramasu was still frozen. You can get more authentic and fresher food from olive garden. WAY overpriced. |
