This is now my favorite Chinese restaurant. Great food and awesome service. Free delivery with amazon now.

I normally don't take time to write reviews, but this one is merited for the horrific experience there. Two weekends ago, my partner and I visited August Moon (both allergic to gluten). We asked all the usual probing questions about ingredient content for the items we were interested in. We were told by the hostess/waitress our final selections were naturally gluten-free items... but clearly my entree was not. This woman may also be the owner, I am not sure, but she clearly was either misinformed or didn't care about our concerns.

Within half an hour of leaving the restaurant I became violently ill and realized my meal must have contained gluten. I even missed time at work the following Monday and Tuesday due to the exposure. Anyone who has a gluten allergy knows how long the effects can last after a significant dose, and I am still not feeling 100% from this experience.

Trust me, not worth it if you are craving Hunan. Go elsewhere.

Great food! Good prices! I love their tables. I love their lo mein and beef fried rice. It's great place to try. Don't judge by the owner attitude.

Great food & the owners are great too. My favorite restaurant. Plus they have a parking lot! Try the Kung Pao chicken!

WORST SERVICE EVER. Arrived and waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Asked for 2 orders of Lo Mein with vegetable and tofu and had to clarify the order three times because the server couldn't understand us. 30 minutes later she came back with the wrong order; 2 Tofu with Vegetable. When we told her immediately that the order was incorrect she proceeded to ask if we could read, and insult us and tried to make us feel like idiots. We sat in silent amazement. When I asked if she still wanted our service she said, "yes", but continued to argue with us. We got up, walked out, and never went back. Worst restaurant ever.
