Went here with a group of 4 on a Monday night. Our first choice was La Trattoria, but they were closed on Mondays and Augustinos got a lot of stars, so we decided to give it a try. They didn't have our first or second choice of wine from their wine menu, so we let the waitress pick from what they did have in stock. We ordered the dualing raviolis and the caprese salad, which only came with three slices of mozzarella. When we went to order our entree, we were informed that they were also out of tortellini and ravioli, which were my first and second choice of entre. Instead I ordered the linguini with mussels and clams. About 15 minutes later, the waitress came back and told me they didn't have the linguini with mussels and clams either. I asked how we could have gotten the dualing raviolis if they were out of raviolis. The response was that "the dualing raviolis come already fried". My girlfriend found a hair in her pasta and our friend hated her eggplant. They offered us a dessert on the house, but the meal had taken so long to get through that we just wanted to leave. The waitress was very nice, and they didn't charge us for one of the entres and one of the appetizers, but in the end it wasn't worth it. We won't be returning customers.

I have had nothing but great food and great service here and love supporting local restaurants. It even got a thumbs up from my dad who is not a big fan of Italian food. My recommendations would be chicken parmesan, spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna, and don't forget to try the dueling ravioli. Thank you for providing such a great experience. Corey

Truly excellent Italian restaurant. Myself and my colleagues eat lunch there at least once a week. I can honestly say I've had nearly everything on the lunch menu, and been impressed by every dish. Service is always friendly and top-notch. Time spent over the course of a meal may exceed some other dining experiences, but not overly excessive. Just a tremendous place, with great staff, service, and delicious food! What more do you want?!
