01/17/2014 3:01 pmCalled 2 weeks in advance for a Saturday appoint for the Couples Jade Package. They didn’t have a time that worked for me so I extended my stay in NYC for a day and booked the appointment for Sunday. I figured I’d be a hero with my wife. |

07/19/2013 2:02 pmI thought that Aura Wellness Spa gave me EXACTLY what I came for. I did not expect a relaxing experience, I expected to receive a wonderful exfoliatation and I got it. Yes, the loofah was a bit abrasive but is that not why I went there? Tons of dead skin cells were removed and I came out of this experience with 'baby skin'. Georgia B |

05/28/2013 12:38 amGenerally I like the atmosphere along with only certain Therapist's but the front desk is HORRIFIC! Please, I repeat PLEASE do NOT go there if and when the receptionist named Reeze works. She is a Pakastan lady with absolutely no manners. Its as if she hates her job and all the people she works with. She always has an attitude with clients especially male clients and apparently her staff dont even like her. Ive called almost everyday to find out when she works so that i dont go there because the unprofessional-ism kills the relaxation of the spa. So far she definately works Tuesday mornings, so if you dont want to deal with an unwell mannered little girl, definitely dont go then. Its a shame because the spa has so much potential especially with high end potential, but when you happen to bump into a sore thumb such as Reeze, you feel as if you ruined the whole point of getting unstressed from a long day at work. |

04/05/2012 10:14 amNot bad, not the best I've ever had either. I would come back if they would offer some coupons, otherwise, I'll probably go back to my regular place that is more affordable and a great massage, just not as fancy. |

01/12/2010 11:10 amI was a little worried having read the previous reviews, but i suppose this spa has definitely improved over the past year. I actually enjoyed it. I was given a gift certificate and decided on an authentic scrub. This isn't my first-time getting a Korean fulll body scrub, but by gods, this place sure is thorough and gets the job done! I do loofah regularly at home and really didn;t think i was that filthy. But that Korean lady scrubbed the debris from me, and I shamefully felt the dirt roll off my skin. It's a clean and nice space... although there wasn;t that much pampering involved in any korean scrubs, I was happy with the results. My sister said I look one shade lighter! Oh... do check out the hidden saunas at the back of the spa! They are gorgeous outer-space like and actually, really clean (hygiene is key!) for me to lie down too. Will definitely come back again with my sis. |
